Dynamic Selection

Dear all,

Can anyone help with step-by step explanation of the below screenshot and steps how to ahiheve in order. Several periods (e.g. "last year", "PreviousYToM", "YtoM", "last 6 Month", etc...).

Here i have fiscal yr period as combo on selection should then display data in the x axis months(current and the previous month, ytm etc ) dynamnicly
