BO migration from 4.1 to 4.2 issue

Hi all,

I tried running reposcan.exe on our BO server, migrated from 4.1 + SP06 to 4.2 + SP03, but the cmd always return the error "it appears your database is empty so there is nothing to scan".

Sounds like a migration issue as the command line used to work with previous version (e.g. 4.1) and our repository has lots of reports.

Something to note too: our CMS DB is on SQL Server 2008 R2 and I've read that this RDBMS is not supported by 4.2...

Any ideas what could be wrong ?
