there is a customizing setting "Control Message Processing Dependent on Recipient". You can enter the "HU Parameters" for you EWM inbound delivery to "Report HU Data". But as far as I can see this only works until the GR posting is sent back to ERP or even only when you change the HU on the GR staging area.
Scenario is Inbound processing with repacking at workcenter.(storage process involved)
At ID, I am creating a dummy HU e.g. A001 for product A1 100kg. This will unloaded using WT and GR is posted automatically. ECC is updated with GR and HU A001. (as expected through std settings)
The HU is then taken to workcenter using HUs WTs.
At work center, the product will be repacked into two new HUs B001 and B002 50 kg each. then these are putaway into final bins.
problem is-- when repacking happens, HU A001 is deleted from EWM whereas it is still there in ECC with status (PHEX WHSE).
The new HUs B001 and B002 are created in just EWM but not in ECC.
This way.. 100 kg in ECC is with one HU A001 and same 100 kg in EWM is with HUs B001 and B002.
This seems inconstitent update of systems. How to make sure that HUs are consistent in both systems. I want the two new Hus to be replicated in ECC and original dummy HU to be deleted from ECC.

Won't work. And why would you want this? The new HUs have no relationship to the old delivery anymore. This is also not a question of consistency. One is you warehouse system, this knows HUs, the other is your stock keeping system, where you just now how much material you can sell.
