Export to Excel without format

Hi all,

I'm wondering if it's possible to export a BO report to Excel (doesn't matter which version) without any kind of format, I mean, with no header, with no colors, etc.

Thanks,

Alberto

Hi,

You cant do this , if you save as Excel , you will get the report how it looks in Webi, only HJeader and Footer will not come.

You can save as txt or csv , and then import it in Excel, this will work.

Thanks,

Avi

Hi,

When I export to Excel, header is always there.

Anyway,as Avinash says, exporting to txt solves my concern.

Open your BO Webi report in modify. Go to the "Save" icon and select "Save As to my computer" drop down list and select .csv. The result will be the raw data selected for the the BO query. It will not have any formating, sorts, highlight, charts etc. I've have not encountered duplicate columns in my extracted data unless I've pulled in 2 separate objects with simalar results, such as claim header date of service and claim line date of service.

Hi ,

Are You sure this is header or cell ???

Header is not coming on Excel when You Import, OK if you need to hide the header , Write click on the Report Body Format Report and You can Un-Tick the Header or Footer.

So you wont get the header or Footer

Hi Alberto, Try save as .csv instead of .xls. This can be opened in excel and will not have any formatting.

Hi Mary,

When I export the document to .csv I'm getting errors. I mean, it's exported to .csv, but duplicating columns. Is it normal?
