I need your help in the following issue.
For the service desk configuration in solman 7.1 , I have created a new customized transaction type ZMIN(XXX incident) which is a copy of SMIN (Incident).
I have applied all my rules and customization on ZMIN.
When I create a message from satellite system using help--> create message . It is getting created under message of type INCIDENT (adopted from SMIN)
How to get that as XXX incident (type ZMIN)
I can see the message in CRM_UI--> ITSM as follows
s00000041 Test Issue INCIDENT
s00000042 Test issue XXX INCIDENT
Kindly help me in resolving this issue
