Transport Portal Configuration of Web Dynpro ABAP

Dear Experts.

I have a Problem with a configuration of Web Dynpro ABAP iView. When I open the iView in NetWeaver Portal (Version 7.1 I think) and right click to change the configuration I get a Pop-Up while saving the changes. There I can create a new transport object or save the changes on an existing object.

I create an new transport with my User name and date in it. But when I transport the full iView the configuration is not transported yet.

What I must do to transport the Web Dynpro configuration to another Portal (export from DEV and import to QAS). I look after the generated Transport object but dont find it in Portal administration -> Transport.
