How to get SAP support

Dear All,

I want a help from your side. I have upgraded a system of my client at 9.0

But there is some problem. So someone has advised me that I should get the SAP support. For that I will have to raise a ticket to SAP for my problem. But I am not able to find that place where I can create a ticket to SAP. I have S-UserID with me.

Can anyone help me in this ? Any kind of help would be appreciated.

Thanks

    Hi ,

    Go to http://service.sap.com/.

Then login into SAP business one customer portal.

Give the S-User ID and password.

After Logging, you will find Get Support in the top left of the web page. From there you can go to SAP message wizard and can raise the ticket.

Note : If you are raising the ticket as a customer, then the support ticket will be forwarded to partner and they will forward to SAP for support.

    Hope it is helpful.

    Regards

    Kartheek

    Hi Ankit,

Type SAP SERVICE MARKETPACE in google, open first link or https://websmp105.sap-ag.de/~SAPIDP/002006825000000234912001E.

Go to SAP Support portal---> after login-->click of report product error tab.

choose your concern system and raise OSS message according to priority.

    Thanks
