Webdynpro ALV column heading freeze and TOP OF LIST alignment

Hi All,

I have one Webdynpro ALV report with a selection screen. I am facing some issues in the ALV.

1. I  am displaying all rows ( using visible rows = -1 ). I want to freeze the column header while scrolling down, How can I achive this ?

2.I have created header using  lo_grid->create_text and lo_grid->create_label . But text is not displayed next to label. There are lot of space in between label and text. How can I align it properly ?
