Hi Amulya,

Which version of SAP you are running.

If you are running on SAP 4.7 and support package below SAPKH47023.

Then try to implement the SAP Note 747003,  just check on SAP Note 738009 .

Thanks & Regards

Dear  Amulya,

This clearly tells the reason as glitch while connecting to content server.

Hi Amulya,

if this kind of issue happens it is always useful to check the entries in the application log transaction SLG1 too. The easiest way to find the corresponding entries here is to search just after the error happened with the userID that faced the error message.

Hi Amulya,

I think that Sagar is pretty right here. The provided error message indicates that there is a problem with the content server connection and I would recommend you to check your settings for the storage category and content repository using transactions OACT, OAC0 and CSADMN.

Please check the connection between application server and content server from the network.

You have no connection there. Please check if you can reach the content server from the application

server with the ping command with short and the long host name and with IP address.

Please check also whether the content server is started .

Maybe the report RSHTTP80 could be useful for you as well.

Best regards,

Christoph

Hi again,

I think that the information in note 1492330 is more useful for this kind of issue.

Hi Christoph,

I checked the instuctions as per attached note.

And found that there are no entries in Table HTTPURLLOC.

Is it causing because of no entries in mentioned table, but again it happens only some times.
