Hi
I have to install SUP2.2 can anyone tell what are the files required for installation.First i want to check in development then i will try it for production.
I have remote machine for this.i read in Sybase infocenter. But i want some steps what are the files required which one we have to insatall first and how to test in development environment.. Please guide me for this.......

Hi Sathiya,
SUP 2.2 installation comes with RuntimeEnv and mobile SDK.
first you should install RuntimeEnv (SUP server, SCC services)
then Mobile SDK. (SUP workspace)
Pre-requisite:
RAM SIZE : 4 GB (would be good enough on windows machine)
JRE7

Thanks for reply.this part am clear. But i have to create development environment and production environment both..For development which type of installation i have to choose in sybase they given
1.clusture
2.load balance
Like this in this which one i have to install.But production environment i need two node Primary and Seconday..But Development environment only one node..Actually now am trying to install one new Remote System for development environment ..Please help me for this

Hi Sathiya,
Actually you need to copy entire installation folder to the system on which you are going to install.For more details refer to installImageFileList.txt file in the installation folder.
We should have JVM in your system as a pre-requisite before going for actual installation. You can trigger installation directly by executing setup.exe or also you can install using console client by executing silentInstall_win.bat file.
Once installation is done, it will show you confirmation message screen. It will also create 3 shortcuts, you can start the server by clicking on start SUP shortcut(it will start SUP service , you can check it under Run-> services.msc) and open SCC(Sybase control center, by clicking on shortcut) on the right side you can see the current server status.
