Hello,

If you're using the SendMail step then check the box "Send express".

If you're using a step that calls fm SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1

As mentioned in starting of this post, based on priority u can make EXPRESS MESSAGE.

Hi Uppu,

You can give priority 1 so that agent will be intimated as aa Express message pop-up whatever the transaction he/she is using.

In workflow using Send mail step you can send extenal notification by mention the email address in the SEND MAIL step.

If ypu want to send uder decision or activity step to external user,You can schdule RSWUWFML2 or External notification.

Hello !

       For sending e-mails, use either extended notifications or schedule RSCONN01 report in background. Report RSWUWFML2 is obsolete.
