CIF Monitoring

Team,

I’d to know if there is a way for monitoring my CIF queues that I have during the night.

My scenario is: I’ve got 3 BOP executions in sequence and I found some cases that an order took around 20 minutes to update in APO after ECC was updated.

Basically, what I need is to see is how was my CIF traffic, how many WP were busy, how big was my queue…Minute be minute ( a kind of basis job)

So, it would be better for me to identify where are my bottlenecks, if I really have.

I already tried the transaction below, but didn’t help me.

/SAPAPO/RCIFQUEUECHECK

/SAPAPO/RCIFINQUEUECHECK

/SAPAPO/C3

Thanks.

BDV

    Hello BDV,

Please check blocking the queue with the user with TA /SAPAPO/C4.

Also block the same with ERP system and then queues are pilled with SMQ2/SMQ1.

Which helps in monitoring the cause of the same.

Also with help you can find the below data for monitoring

    Hope this helps

    Hi Bruno,

Best way is to set a trace on the system ( your Basis folks should be able to help you out on this ). Once the system trace is set, it would be very easy for you to catch the piece that is holding the CIF queue processing time long.

Try monitoring the ARFCRSTATE table and the system parameters with a custom program, maybe?
