Min/Max Amounts for Withholding Tax Types

Hello,

I have this situation:

I have some Withholding taxes here in Brazil with min w/tax amount configured with value 10,00.

I thought that if the withholding tax amount calculated is lower than the minimum amount, then the system calculates the withholding tax amount as being zero.

This is not happening here.

System is calculating a value a part from this configuration.

My question is, am I missing something here? Is it necessary to set up the "Define Min/Max Amounts for Withholding Tax Codes" as well?

This is one example of my configuration:

Withhld tax type IR
Currency BRL

Valid from 01.01.2009

Minimum w/tax amount 10,00
Maximum w/tax amount 0,00

Minimum base amount 0,00
