MS_WORD_OLE_FORMLETTER Problem using Office 2013

Hello everyone,

I'm facing a problem using the FM MS_WORD_OLE_FORMLETTER, because it doesn't work with Office 2013 or 365. When the program try call the method TextToTable always returns a error and stop the execution.

I'm trying to correct this in a Z FM, but if I pass this method I get error in another one. This only happens in Office 2013, in any other version it works.

Please raise a call with SAP. I think the integration is not supported yet.

You should raise an OSS message, there are already some OSS messages raised on Office 2013 integration and some notes were already released like Note 1837863 - Fehlerhafte Umlaute beim ALV-Export nach Word aus Query (Since 25.03.2013, not yet translated to English)

Also check compatibility information in, in notes like Note 66971 - Supported SAP GUI platforms, Note 722513 - Desktop Office Integration: Maintenance information, and a fresher version of Note 103174 - Compatibility of Office products when available.

    Hi Marcos Munhós,

I put a message to SAP with the same problem and this is your answer:

Please notice that the Function module MS_WORD_OLE_FORMLETTER is not released for customer usage. Please take a look at SE37 -> MS_WORD_OLE_FORMLETTER -> Display -> Attributes -> General Data -> not released. We cannot provide support for this Function Module. Please also have a look at the attached note 109533.

Have you solved the problem? If so, as you have done?
