Equipment Description is not comingup

Hi Dear Guru's

i have a customized Call taking Screen  with T-code ZUCA , where in user is not getting Equipment Text or description please find the screen shots below

Please help me , and detailed explanation would be highly appreciated .

Your 2nd screen shows the Equipment with its description. Whereas first screen doesn't. Are they different screens??

If this issue is happening for all equipments, then you have to check the ABAP program developed. If this is happening for some equipments, consider the character length as well as the description in equipment master.

This is your custom program for your process and equipment description maintain in table EQKT with field EQKTU.

So, consult to your ABAP Team and check your further logic for same.
