Cockpit don't work after migration to 9.0 PL04

After migration to version 9.0 panels on cockpit don't work. In the SBO starts a message is displayed "Cannot connect to SAP Business One Integration Service. In the Microsoft services window, make sure this service is running"

Between Microsoft services I havn't Integration service (tomcat) so I tried to repair the Integration instalation executing the setup > repair in the version's package. The results are the same. The panels on cockpit don't start, the service don't appear...

Somebody has any suggerence.

Thanks...

    José,

    Check procedures:

    • Root cause: After installation of B1ic, the company is not listed in the SLD
    • Solution: Please do the following
      • Stop B1i services (DI Proxy, EventSender and Integration)
      • Use below query to delete all entries of SLSP and SLSPP tables in SBO-COMMON database.
        • delete from SLSP
        • delete from SLSPP
      • Restart B1i services
      • In SAP Business One application login in each of the companies

    Regards,
