Error accessing persistent layer

Hello All,

I am facing issues with the persistence layer in the PI system. The persistent layer had exceeded the threshold limit, which is brought down now by running the archiving jobs.

Even now when I have the persistence layer within the threshold value, the Inbound Queues are still struck in the PI system and not moving any further.

Tried with performing an reorg on the tables SXMSCLUP and SXMSPMAST and reprocessing the queues, but no luck. The job RSXMB_RESTART_MESSAGES is finishing successfully but not helping in flowing the messages.

After checking found that the messages are still sitting in the Integration Engine and have not yet reached the Adapter Engine.

Please can someone advise on the above issue stated.

Regards,

Sushil

The persistent layer had exceeded the threshold limit

What does that mean? Were you running out of database space?

Can you manually restart the messages in SXMB_MONI?

    Cheers Michael

      Hi Michael,

The issue has been fixed now. Found that the data from the SXMSCLUP table was deleted manually by the applications team, so the relevant inbound queues were deleted from the system, which fixed the issue.

Thanks a ton for your response.

      Regards,

      Sushil
