Hi,

Pls. check 'In-house' production lead time in Material master , Schedule Margin key (i.e. floats defined ) & dependent orders completion dates(Availability of respective SFGs /RMs )

Revert if useful.

Hi Manoj

Can you please check if the lead time scheduling was executed for this planned order?

If this is the case, the tab 'detailed scheduling' should be created for this order and the basic start date was probably changed according to the setting 'adjust basic dates' for the scheduling parameters (OPU5). I understand that you are running MRP with scheduling 1, however, if the order was already lead time scheduled before, MRP will still use lead time scheduling.

Otherwise, check if you have a lot size dependent in house production time on the tab work scheduling.
