ERP Sales Oder : No transaction type/Sales Doc type popup is coming

Hi all,

I configured ERP sales order customizations and when trying to create the ERP sales order by selecting Navigation bar entry SalesCycle->ERP SalesOrders , it is not giving any popup and directly going to create screen and defaulting the Order type as Standard Order. But my requirement here is I want to create ERP Sales order with different order types and I did the necessay customizations like, Maintaining the profiles for ERP Sales Transactions, Cross system copying of transaction types etc.,

Profile for ERP Sales transactions is zzsalespro and below is the document types assigned to ERP profile

AG            Quotation

CMRC      Standard Order

DMRB      Standard Order

G2           Credit Memo Request

KB          Consignment Fill-up

KE          Consignment Issue

KM         Quantity Contract

L2          Debit Memo Request

TA          Standard Order

and below is the cross sytem copying of transaction types.

I'm not sure what is went wrong in my customizations , we are on release BBPCRM 702, Request valuable help in this regard.

Hi,

Check out in your navigation bar profile  in SPRO the work center being used for the sales cycle menu option. Then go to check the Assign groups in your work center.

For the standard role SALESPRO you will be able to find (Search) SLS-ERP-SR   ERP Sales Orders and (Create) SLS-ERP-CR ERP Sales Order.

Check in your role that you have the correct customizing.
