current openings in SAP SD for freshers with 2 years of domain experience?

Dear professionals,

I have a 2 years of experience in Sales and have completed my course in SAP SD. I am pretty confident about my knowledge in SD domain.I would like to know the current openings for freshers in SAP SD for freshers. I am looking for decent opportunity in a decent company, not expecting directly into project implementation.

Hi,

   Its Fine you completed the Course,concentrate more on the Practice and Studying.

Also try to check the SD forums for the discussions and understand the Issues.

As per the market unfortunately you may not Find any Openings for the Freshers.

but keep on trying your Luck ,also try to get into SAP implemented Companies so that initially you can work on the issues you are Facing.

I recently got a call from an SAP staffing company looking for sales professional. They have offered me job in ERP sales.

I think if I join this company than at sometime I can shift from Sales to support on SAP at anytime.

Will this be good option to get into SAP/ERP.

Please reply urgent.

Important would be to know exactly what you would be doing in this new job.

And how much would you be exposed to SAP.

Selling ERP systems has very very less to do with the knowledge an SAP SD consultant needs, in order to do his/her job.

Look into the details and specifics. If it is only about sales than I would suggest you to pass this opportunity.

If you are a "technical expert" would is going with the sales team, to a potential customer; making presentations about SAP SD (macro level introduction etc.) then it is a GREAT opportunity.

Even if you are in the team or an assistant of "the technical expert", then too it is a GREAT opportunity!

Dear Shiva,

Have you joined that company for selling ERP Package? See, everyone knows that there are very less opportunities in the market for Freshers. Even you may get max one or two calls in a month for interviews.But for this your Resume should be in a proper way. Most of the companies reject job seekers because of their Resume. You mention all the points in the resume which you know. Also as you told that you have domain experience. Believe me its great worth for you. You understand the process of your company and think how they are managing their customers and same thing you think in SAP way. You will realize its very interesting.

But give more and more time for the studies for Basic. If you have time give 5-6 hours everyday for the practice. Keep more and more practice on the system.

Most imp believe in God. Your dream will come true.
