Has anyone developed HTML5 application using REST API Applications 2.2 .Can someone please guide me on this. Has anyone have any tutorials on it?

What is your exact requirement?

If you want to run against a gateway backend you can use either SAP UI5http://scn.sap.com/community/developer-center/front-end or appcelerator http://www.appcelerator.com/sap/.

If you want to involve SAP Mobile platform with it, you can view this tutorial.
