Issue with Remuneration statement.

Hi Experts ,

I am running US payroll and my wage types from infotypes 14 ,15 , benefits and garnishments are not reflecting in payslip. only wage types from infotypes 0008 and 2010 are reflecting in payslip.

I have copied the standard remuneration statement i.e UF01 and I have customized it as per the requirement added my wage types but it is not reflecting in payslip.

Could any one come out with a solution to fix this Issue.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks & Regards

Hello Avniash,

It can be due to a number of reasons ranging from the form design (window layout) to the wagetype customizing. I am actually guessing for the later one.

Please review for each of the WTs you want to print out evaluation class 2 "Wage type assignment for pay statement" of view V_512W_D. One of the following
value should be set:

 • 00         No printing on form
 • 01         Earnings (US forms)
 • 02         Employee taxes (US forms)
 • 03         Deductions (US forms)
 • 04         ER taxes
 • 05         ER taxes (Tips)
 • 06         EE Benefits/Deductions (pretax)
 • 07         ER Benefits/Contributions
 • 08         EE Benefits/Deductions (posttax)
 • 09         Travel expense
 • 10         Overtime
 • 11         Garnishments
 • 12         Overtime - Previous Pay Period

If after modifying the customizing you are still not seeing any WTs printing out in your Z form, then runpayroll with the standard form (UF01) - if you see the WT (which you should if you use any of the standard value for evolution class 2 - then you know your problema is on your Z payslip.

Good luck, let me know.

Thanks for your response Antonie,

I checked the table V_512w_d and the evaluation classes were given correctly. I even checked with UF01 standard remuneration statement and but unable to see my wage types.

I can see all the wage types in payroll log and the calculations happening correctly but is not reflecting on my payslip.

Regards

Hello Avinash:

mmm, ok. Let see now, it can be too complicated to help you out... are you printing the form from the payroll engine RPCALCU0 (simulating) or from the form printing report RPCEDTU0 reading from existing payroll result? It would be easier to troublshoot in the later case (if you can please).

In pc_payresult, for this person result, can you see your wagetypes you want to print out in RT table? let assume standard example, check for /403 TX EE Social Security with you RT table - in V_512W_D it should have 02 set in evaluation class 2.

In PE51, form UF01, option "window" screen; you can check by double clicking on window W1 (a sub-screen open), then double clicking on Group 05 that /403 is displayed; it should be there:

1 RT_X /403 TX EE Social Security Tax 01 X   98 *

Now you run RPCEDTU0 for your payroll period and your employee with those option set:

Special run

Form name                       UF01  Form SAP-Standard

Print current period            A

Print retroactive runs          X

Layout of retroactive runs      J

Sort retroactive runs           1

Output language                 B

And your result should be at least to see /403 (provided it exist with the result your try to print out)

TAXES                                       Rate         Number         Amount

Federal                 FED
/403  TX EE Social Security Tax                                          39,04
/405  TX EE Medicare Tax                                                  9,13
State                   PR
/401  TX Withholding Tax       --------          -----          -----    15,14

Total taxes                        ----------------------------------    63,31

Good luck, let me know.
