While i was trying to connect admin, i was getting the following error.

Hi Naidu,

it seems the userID you used isn't granted inside BPC, please check the userID and eventually login in admin console with the system user you used to install BPC.

Hi Roberto,

same problem i was getting when i was trying login with admin username and password also.

i used same URL address in application server, there i got the error like "Cannot create ActiveX component."

Hi Naidu,

Is the application up and running? Can you check if BPC and IIS services are running fine on application server. Are you able to access any other interface?
