Dtp overall status stuck in yellow

Hi guru,

I have loaded data from one dso to other...dso.

Only 21 records but still dtp overall status in yellow for long time..

I cancelled dtp job but still I am neither able to change status to red or green...and also I am not able to empty dso as well..

Please advise what can be done..it's very weird..

    Hi Nilesh,

    One possible way is:

    You can change the status of the request to red by using the program:RSBM_GUI_CHANGE_USTATE.

    Select the request id from the DSO. Go to SE37 and execute the above function module.

    Enter the request id and execute.Then change status of the request to red.Then you can delete the request from DSO.

    Hi Nilesh,

    Check your error DTP/error Stack related to that concerned DTP.

    If it contains too many records, flush it and then try running DTP again.

    • hi nilesh,

      Never make any loads status to green by manual, its not good practice. if your request status in yellow. try to make it to red and delete. after that your dso1 activation says same error, then dso2 request delete from all mentioned dso tables as above. after that try to activate DSO1 request. it may allow.

      please share the error screen shot and steps what you did till now?

    Hi,

    I think you are able see the message for that Request in DTP Monitor?What is the message?Is it showing as Yellow or green?If Yellow, by using FM we can make it Red or otherwise need to be wait until get the red If I am correct. Lastly, have you written any code between these 2 DSOs?Might be causing the code if not follows code writing properly?

    Hi,

    Try making the request red by using the TCode RSRQ by giving the request id(Yellow one) which u have in the manage tab of the Data target.

    After the request is made red, try deleting the request from the data target.

    Now, try loading the data from the source, if u get any error saying that the previous request is still running, then need to delete the request from the underlying tables as mentioned in the earlier posts.
