issue in RSWUwfml2

Hi,

We have schduled backgrond job for the Program RSWUWFML2.  it is sending Two Notifications for one patriculer User ( if the Work Item Found for that user) since last Run.

Please advice.

Please use Extended Notifications instead of this program. The link below has some documentation on how Extended Notifications work. There could be newer versions of the document. Still, the basics are the same in all versions.

Hi Priyanka,

First check how many workflow instance created for your application.(Like PO create or PO change)

If you have multiple workflow instance for same document/Application,Its quite obvious multiple notification to the same user for same Document creation/Change.
