Hi Experts,

The end users are see this error when they go to ESS overview, thie error is flashing for some users, I hope you can help me

Can you provide the version details? Portal, business packages and backend version including SP levels and possible patch levels. Also send the relevant +/- 3 defaultTrace entries (6 in total) as an attachment, not embedded in the body of the message.

Unless you have some custom XSS applications, I would check the backend system for short dumps, security violations, etc. Sometimes PCUI_GP can't be instantiated if logon to the backend system isn't successful.

In portal we have SAP Netweaver as java 7.3 sp 4 and  ERP 701 sp 12, UTXSS 633

we have SSO between portal and ECC

I attacheed a default trace file where the error happend, for information

Problem resolve,  doesn´t happend again,  this happend becouse the ECC administrator  was made some changes in the roles for  the users that use ESS and MSS in portal. (Security problem).
