Internet Explorer Can not display the web page

Hi Gurus,

We are facing a problem with SAP CRM Home page.

When we go the transaction  CRM_UI, we're getting the blank screen in the browser and the next message:

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage.

Our URL looks like below:

http://crm.grupoxxxxx.com:8000/sap/bc/bsp/sap/crm_ui_start/default.htm?sap-client=001&sap-sessioncmd...

All SICF services  are OK

The host file in "drivers>etc" is OK

The Dev system an QAS system are OK, we don't have issues. PRD client is the only one with this problem.

Hi Maricarmen,

Please try the following -

Point 1

Have you registered your IP address  in HOST file ??

if not perform the following steps

in your system-->RUN-->drivers-->etc-->host (open in notepad) --> write your IP Address and type a link

(Ex:  192.168.1.1     crmserver.naga.com )

save it then try to open it through the WEB_UI

Point 2

Hope you also have the below settings in your user profile in SU3

Parameters tab > Add Parameter ID as CRM_UI_PROFILE > Parameter Value is * > Save

Thanks for your response.

The IP adress of the server was registered in the Host File. Also my user already have the CRM_UI_PROFILE.

Is important to say that my user has SAP_ALL, so It is not an authorizations problem.

Maybe I missing some service into SICF transaction.

Or do you have another tip?

The strangeness of the issue is that the other clients are working fine.The problem is only PRD.

following this steps i think it will guid u..

*to access web _gui   >>>>>start>run >type drivers>enter>doble click etc

folder> open hosts file with notepad> and give following ip mapping

settings>


183.82.1.220       **crmsys.vardhan.com* <http://crmsys.vardhan.com/>*   >

and save the hosts file > then u will get  crm web access*

Thanks for  all your replies.

The problem was solved. We had an error with the DNS server.
