Separate queue in SAP PI for MDM processing

Hi All,

As per our current design we are sending data from ECC to MDM through PI.

Due to huge traffic in MDM we would like to create a separate queue in SAP PI for MDM processing.

So that all MDM related messages are processed through that queue.

Please suggest how to build this kind of separate  queue in PI.

Hi Priya,

you can Prioritize the messages.

if you don't prioritize messages When higher priority message comes to queue while lower priority messages are getting processed, queue will make higher priority wait until lower priority messages get processed. so it has to wait.

with Prioritization higher priority messages don't have to wait.

as per Shabarish's comments in the below link creating priority means creating queue.

There will be a document for message prioritization which should help you set up the queue.
