Hello experts,
since it is not possible to use multiple transaction types in testworkbench I am looking for a way around to run different ticket interfaces in WEB UI (for each project one).
Is there a way to modify the interface and run multiple version for tickets (support messages) in WEB UI despite of being the same transaction type?
I am not sure about CRM_UI_Profile but could this be a way?
Any help is welcome. Thanks in advance.
