TO creation error when the bin is locked in other screen

Hi all,

I have a requirement as below

I have a fixed bin for article xxx in storage type A1 as 10 100 01. If i create a TO with 10 quantity it will create A1 10 100 01 as source.( correct)
if i block that bin for stock removal through LS02N it is creating transfer order with 10 quantity from other storage type U and bin as UUU .( correct)
If i open the fixed bin 10 100 01 in ls02n and lock it( Not of inventory lock thing) just opening the screen in other window. Now I create a transfer order with quantity 10. Now the TO is created with quantity 168 from other storage type K( which is full pallets..).
My requirement is even if user "lock" the bin TO should be created from source U bin UUU just as like in "stock removal block" condition instead of K as source which will be a problem because quantity 10 is replaced with 168 as K is full pallets type.

Stock is available in all the required storage types. Movement type is 601.GI.

Is this possible through SAP? If it is possible can you please tell me the settings?

Hi,

Can you check what your blocking logic is set to on the warehouse number. It should be set to 'B'. The menu path is:

IMG -> Logistics Execution -> Warehouse Management -> Master Data -> Define Control Parameters for Warehouse Number.

Do you have "IA" showing in the bin status report for this bin? It is possible that the bin is blocked due to a SAP bug. Check the following tables to ensure that LAGP: If the blocking indicator is set to 'X' in LAGP table and blank in LINV and LINP, then you will have to bring the tables in sync by setting LAGP - SKZSI to blank =3D=

=3D> Developer would have to correct

Basically, these tables LAGP , LINV and LINK could be out of synch.
