Points not appearing?

Hi Laure,

I don't see the points for this:

Although the notification is there is it because of this error or has the awarded point removed. JUst confused as we don't get any notification for points removal.

Arindam,

You answer was marked as correct and then unmarked as correct--so no points for your answer. However, this remains on your history but your points total is correct. No notifications are sent when points are lost. See this document for notes on these: http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-40887

What's on the content is taken as the truth (i.e. if something is rated, marked as correct/helpful, liked--or nothing at all).
