Synchronize drill

Hi all ,

Note : We are 4.0 SP5, In 4.0 the right enable drill is completely removed.

I am looking for a security right that enable "Synchronize drill on the report blocks" for all the users& groups their preferences. Please let me know where to find that option.My users are complaining that the charts & tables are not synch while drill down or up.
