Hi Team,
We are going to do Service Desk Configuration in Solution Manager.Our Solution manger version is Solution Manager 7.1
The Prerequisite for Service Desk Configuration is Solution Manager SP15.
How can I check the Support pack Level of our Solution Manager and What are the Components I need to Upgrade to make the Solution manager to
Support Pack 15.

For Solution Manager 7.1 the latest SPS is 8.. to upgrade your sps use SUM1.0 sp7.

There may be some confusion here! I have seen confustion between ST 710 SPXX and ST-SER 701_2010_1 SPXX Sometimes customer's confuse the two. There would be no documentation refering to St 710 SP15, since the current release is SP08. However sinc eST-SER 701_2010_1 is already at SP17, l9ikely any reference to SP15 is for ST-SER and NOT ST! I would suggest you double check what the document is refering. I can say it is not refering to ST 710 as there would NOT be any SAP documetnation that refers to St 710 SP15. Regards, Paul

Solution manager 7.1 support package 11 will be the last release for 7.1 version.
It is expected to be released by December 2013.

Solution Manager 7.1 Support Package stack 15 does not exist.
it is not planned for the next few quarters.

Hi Mathan,
The SP15 as a prereq will most likely be for SolMan 7.0.
If you are running a 7.1, configuration of incident management shouldn't be a problem.
