Reporting capability - SAP solution manager 7.1 for ChaRm

Hi

Is it possible to get reporting capability in Solution manager 7.1 charm This report is required for our team to understand the volume of tickets processed by the CAB team.

The report should be capable of pulling following information.

  • Change cases processed by Change team(CAB team)
  • Name of the individual (CAB member ) who processed these cases.
