Is it possible to get reporting capability in Solution manager 7.1 charm This report is required for our team to understand the volume of tickets processed by the CAB team.
The report should be capable of pulling following information.

Have you explored /n/TMWFLOW/REPORTINGN transaction code? Also pls go through ITSM Analytics below, they have array of customized reports you can get.

I am able to pull the report from CRM_DNO_MONITOR t code but it is giving me the Change-manager(CAB/Approval ) distribution list in the report,can i get the report for individual person name in the list from the distribution list change manager?
Basically i want to put the report for CAB team.

Depending on how your workflow is set up, and if you have made corresponding changes in the Monitor report, you should be able to filter.. We made a copy of the Monitor report, and added our customer fields as selection criteria. Also, if your DL is set up as a Business Partner, you should also be able to select on that criteria.
