we have installed SAPK-60023INCODERINT in ERP system. Based on the BAdI implementation COD_GOS_SRV_REQUEST I have following questions:
1. Why uses SAP attachments and ignores ArchiveLink documents and BDN
(would be audit proof; attachments can be deleted from everyone)
2. Is there a bidirectional replication (C4C -> ERP and ERP ->
C4C)? The BAdI handles only ERP -> C4C but in some discussions it seems as
if the other direction is also possible.
