Delivery date required in ME2L,ME2M reports

Former Member

Hi experts,

I had requirement to display the Delivery date in the ME2L/ME2M reports so i used the scope of List EINT and executed the ME2L report. After using scope of list EINT i observed that it does not appear in ALV format as attached in the document.

Hence i created a new scope of list by copying the EINT_ALV by copying the EINT scope of list and ticked the use ALV grid control as attached in the document.

After executing the ME2L report again using the new scope of list EINT_ALV still the delivery date field did not appear in the output.

What could be the reason for the same?

Please reply and confirm.

Regards

Gopinath Padhi

the ALV lists are in general displayed with the basis format, you have to click the calendar icon to get to the schedule lines. it is not possible to get it directly.

Thanks Jurgen for reply. I have checked the option of using delivery schedule icon.

But my requirement was to get the delivery date in the first screen only.

As i understand by creating new scope of list we can add the fields required by us which are not available in the standard scope of list.

When i am using the scope of list EINT system displays the Delivery date but when i am using the scope of list EINT_ALV ( which is copy of ENIT with Use Alv grid control ticked) it does not appear.

Can you suggest the reason for the same.

do you have anywhere a source for this information that scope of list EINT_ALV should work

the scope of list does not play a major role if you use ALV display.

the ALV is displayed with basis list, and if you click the icon you can switch to the schedule lines.

if you do a copy of EINT to EINT_ALV, then you have not done much more than created a new name. But why should a new name change the program behavior?

I am personally with you, I would as well expect that I get the schedule lines overview directly when I already select the scope of list EINT in the selection screen.   But I had not yet a user complaining about that, so I had no need to talk to SAP on that matter. You have the chance now.

Hi,

  Go to transaction ME2L

Select the ALV output format and execute. Now go ahead as per the screenshot below.

Click on the delivery schedule button or shift+F11

The best way is to do enhancement.

Use BADI: ME_CHANGE_OUTTAB_CUS and you can add any customized fields into most MM reports. Or maybe Enhancement spot: ES_SAPFM06L

Dear Gopinath,

I can confirmed that your requirement could not be provided technically via ALV as same that

what you see in EINT without ALV.

With ALV, you need to utilize the button "delivery schedule icon".  The reason is delivery date is

from delivery schedule table EKET but not EKPO and also ALV is object oriented.

Hi Gopinath,

If your scope of list for ALV is already configured correctly, & still you dont get the reqd format, then try using "ME_USE_GRID" user paratmeter with Value - X, this should help to dispaly the list in ALV format.

Thanks,

Kalai.
