notification with order assigned status "ORAS" but with order really assigned

Hello,

We have a notification with order assigned status "ORAS" but with order really assigned. It is not possible to close notification.

Note 313323 (reports ZZREPNOTIF01, ZZZ_REPAIR) can not be applied because there are no entries in table AFIH for those notification number.

Any idea?

Hi,

It appears there is not any order for this notification. See the report ZREPNOT2 available in note 375789. This should only be used where there is definately no order number assigned to the notification.

Problem solved.

Check the notification number against the order number at table level. Check tables AFIH AFUK QMEL etc. If order created from notification then the order number n notification number should exist at table levels of order.
