Hello Expert ,

On activate of order components get following error , this is for ORDR in SAP SCM SNC

Check Customizing

  The order data type is inactive

  The hierarchy levels of the data type and the database are consistent

  The mapping can be executed

  Data element /SCMB/ODM_ORDNO_CHAR can be used as an order document number

  Data element /SCMB/ODM_ITMNO_CHAR can be used as an order document number

  Data element /SCMB/ODM_SDLNO_CHAR can be used as an order document number

  The order data type ORDR supports references

  No selection parameters defined more than once in order data type ORDR

Parameter CONFSTAT in access path TSTP of order data type ORDR unknown

Could you guide me how correct this error

Hi Manas,





There are 2 major OSS notes to activate the ODM steps. Sometimes its causing trouble during activation where i suggest to check inactive ODM components by executing the ODM customizing check.




Major OSS Note for ODM:




OSS: 1178483 - SNC 7.0 Order Documents: Required Customizing




If there is a new Business Function activation is happened then kindly execute the steps in the below OSS:




OSS: 1338993 - SNC7.01 Order Documents: Required Cust. After BF Activation

I was able to solve this issue using following note; at that time I was working on SNC5.0
