GRC AC10 - EAM: Unable to document 'Additional Activity' after Firefighter session

Hi,

We are presently on SP9.

The firefighter user is unable to document the 'Additional Activity' after the completion of the firefighting session. The 'Additional Activity' button gets activated in EAM cockpit (tcode: GRAC_SPM), once the user logs out from the session. But upon clicking this button, no pop-up is generated for updating the activity, and the status of the Firefighter ID gets changed to 'Green' (marking the end of the session). As a result we are not able to update these details against the session.

Request your help in this regard.

Hi Subash

Additional activity is there whilst the FF session is open. You update it before you release the Firefighter to other users

The button is activated once you select the green tick on the logon screen information. Once you close or end the session, it disappears.

Could you please review and apply the below Note in your system:
