LSO: The requested resource does not exit.

Hi Experts,

In ESS Once we start a course we are getting error as:

404 Not Found. SAP J2EE Engine.

The requested resource does not exit.

Details: Go to main page of the application !

But Once we click on main page it shows:

403 Forbidden. SAP J2EE Engine.

You are not authorized to view the content of the requested directory.

Details:   Directory listing is not allowed on this server.

Hi Manju M,

This error may be due to the following reason:

  • Did you install all parts of LSO?
  • Is the course type correctly checked into content management system?
  • Is the course type linked correctly to the course content?

LSOFE 600 (SAP Learning Solution Front End)

LSOAE 600 (SAP Learning Solution Authoring Environment)

LSOCP 600 (SAP Learning Solution Content Player) - Problem could be here

LSOOP 600 (SAP Learning Solution Offline Player) - Problem could be here

I have checked with SAP ECC 6.0

We are have LSOFE 605 (SAP Learning Solution Front End)

LSOFE 600 (SAP Learning Solution Front End)

LSOAE 600 (SAP Learning Solution Authoring Environment)

LSOCP 600 (SAP Learning Solution Content Player)

LSOOP 600 (SAP Learning Solution Offline Player)  Since it is optional we are not using this.

We are getting some error, please go through the screen shot.
