BWA: Master Data Daemon and Change Run Error

Hi,

I have an issue where the Attribute Change Run aborted with an error pointing to the BWA:

22.05.2013 03:09:16 BWBATCH (Change Run)

3224 entries loaded into Index '0BW:BIA:.....'

ERROR: Not all data indexed for index '0BW:BIA:.....' ( '3942' vs. '3224')

This process is started in a process chain, once a program checks that no other (regularly scheduled every 30min) change-run is currently underway.

one second later - the BWA Master Data Daemon starts

22.05.2013 03:09:17 USER01

BWA master data daemon loads 718 new entries for the InfoObject

ERROR: Not all data indexed for index '0BW:BIA:.....' ( '3942' vs. '718')

It seems to me, that the InfoObject contained 3224 entries, the BWA-daemon loads 718 new ones and clashes with the Change-Run that was apparently slower and therefore checks the 3224 entries it knows about towards the 3942 (3224+718) it should have.

The question is: how do I prevent that from happening again and why did this error occur in the first place?

Is it a problem if a Change-Run and the Master Data Daemon run in parallel?

Thank you sincerely!

Daniel

    Hi,

Yes, it could be due to parallel running of both the things. Try to run them sequentially one by one and see if the same error occurs.

    Thanks,

    Naveen
