Hi Experts,
We usually sync the shared objects by right clicking file/folder>>Source Control>>Sync.
I am just wondering if there is any other way (just like a url) to sync a specific File/Folder, if I input the folder path.
Let me know if there is any way achieving this. I am using SAP MII 12.1
Regards,
Austin
I am not sure, but i don't think there are any services exposed by MII to refresh/sync the content externally through URL.

Thanks Tufale,
Meanwhile I just found that there is a way to Sync from url itself as below. It works for 12.x
http://<server>:<port>/XMII/ContentCatalog?Mode=FolderSync&ObjectName=<Folder Path>&Content-Type=text/xml
Thanks,
Austin
Hi Austin
If you search MII you will find many such hidden items that can help in solving almost anything. However just a word of caution for you. There is a reason that such items are not exposed as MII product team might change the behavior of such services or remove them completely as these are not public APIs. So please use caution while using services that are not documented to be open.

Partha
Yes, the ContentCatalog service, as Partha mentioned above, these services are not exposed as public API's and there is a reason for it. You may however use it, but cautiosly. These services could be changed/removed anytime. If you are using it for production, then there is a risk associated with it.
There are lot of other services in MII that handle most if not all the operations that the Workbench can do. Again, these are internal API's .
