That version of Ms Office is supported.

Don't forget to uninstall your current Dashboard version before install the new one.

If is it all, Mark as assumed question answered in the top of that thread, and if you consider mark some replys as helpful

If you are introducing with Dashboards, take a glance at the below links.

Uh, but... It seems to be installed ok. Is it right?

In other words, that error appears when do you launch/execute Dashboard? If it is, try to launch as admin the first time.

Hi there,

Ok, Win7. But what about Microsoft Office?

Second, let me explain. Do you must upgrade to SP04? Or could you choose another version of SP? The most recent SP is the 6.

I'm asking to you that because to get SP04 there's only the upgrade package installation available, but for recent versions of dashboard you could choose a "complete" installation package. By the other hand, If you are free to change the version, why not get the latest one. Better capabilities, fixed bugs, etc.

Sorry Martinez,

Update fehlgeschlagen means : Update failed

the Mistake( Der Cache konnte nicht zur Ausführung aktualisiert) means that: the Cache can not be updated.

Hello Ntomo,

As far as good.

Sincerely, I faced that error before but I don't remember how I solved that actually.

But, let's try some that could be, it's simple:

Execute the installer as administrator. This is: right-click on the installer file and select the option: "Run as Administrator".

I'll search more about that error when my tasks let me do it.

Hope it helps,

Regards.
