"ivew error in sap-srm object for bupa "

Dear all,

In SRM Portal, under SRM administrator worklist  all the bidders are listed.

When we try to click on the bidder no, in SRM Portal above error is displayed "no IVIEW exit for SAP-SRM object bupa".

But the same link is displayed via Portal independent view.... ie from port 8000.

Kindly guide me with this issue.

First i thought of implementing note 1661111 but as suggested by a good advisor we did not implement the note.

as advised below , our iView error got solved:

Note 1661111 changes code in a POWL method. If you would face the
problem fixed by this SAP note then the same OBN issue would occur on
the NWBC as well. However, I couldn't reprduce the issue by using the
NWBC so you surely don't face the bug of the SAP note.

You have two options:
1. Copy the iviews of the folder "Navigation" of the standard role
"Strategic Purchaser" to replace the iviews of folder "ST_PURCHASER" of
role com.ambuja.(2f)SAPSRM(2f)ST_PURCHASER. So the navigation will work
again.
Problem: You will loose the iview configuration if you have changed
iView parameters.

2. Add the OBN operations of the proper OBN Business Object to the
proper iView. Then you won't loose your iview configuration.
Problem: It's not easy to know which Operation of which Business Object
to assign to which iView.

2. User is assigned with /SAPSRM/ADMINISTRATOR

3.  note #941589 is related to business workflow system roles, as of now to dispay/edit/delete any bupa object is workflow authorization required.

4. I checked on portal for *bupa* under Content admin >> Portal content :

Dear Jaya,

• please check if the OBN settings are ok.

• Please review the roles assigned to this user. Test assigning super admin role also.

• Other similar issues for bupa object in SRM pointed to SAP note #941589: UWL: administrative and end user roles. Please double check this.

• Also please check if this is not the case that you may have 2 or more bupa objects in your portal content: Could you please perform the following search there:
• Content admin >> Portal content >> Search tab >> Search for: *bupa* (Mark Name / ID / Description) --> Please provide screenshots.
• In case you have more than one bupa business object it seems that portal is not calling the correct one. So we suggest you to keep only the correct one.

Please provide the outcome for us.
