Solman_setup issue

Hello All,

I am doing SOLMAN_SETUP after a fresh installation of solution manager.

I clicked on system preparation. It suggested to create some users.
If click on edit button the page is shown as loading but never gets loaded.
I am stuck at this level and unable to proceed with solman setup.

Please see the attached image and suggest what needs to be done.

Hi Arindam,

Just put "&sap-accessibility=X" in the url and refresh the screen it should work.

Hi Arindam,

You need to install flash player and it will resolve the issue.

If you will find red cross on the solman_setup browser.

This issue , used to come when flash player is not installed.

So install the flash player where you are opening the browser.

(I think you are running on the server directly where flash is not installed)

This  problem is relevant to browser issues, try to open mozilla and see missed plugins. Install the missed plugins and retry , hopefully it will work 🙂

Flash Player will be one of the reason for this.

Hello,

Ima trying solman_setup from 000 client withuser solman_admin.

I have tried everything but still, the page is not getting loaded wheni client on EDIT in system preparation screen.

Please suggest if any setting needs to be done at SAP level before satrting solman_setup.

HI Ganguly,

Basically in solution Manager system setup will do in separate client like(EX:100).when first time its automatically created Dialog user solman_admin as dialog and rest of the user u have to create system user.u have logoff  and login with solman_admin user.try to go option EDIT and Press Create all user.

or else try to restart the server once.it will work.

Hello,

I have logged in as DDIC in 001 client for solman_setup.

Pop-up asked me to create solman_admin user and i created it.

Logged off and logged in solman_admin and executed solman_setup again.

But still it is not happening.

Page is not getting loaded for creating rest of the users.

(attaching the page here)

Can someone please suggest how to proceed?
