Remote support platform Disappearing "tasks"

Good afternoon.

In “Remote support platform” I set the parameters "Tasks", adjust the schedule, no need to remove, etc. But after a few days, all the "Tasks" disappear, except for:

  1. 1. System Maintenance.
  2. 2. Tasks Retrieval.
  3. 3. Task Results Upload.
  4. 4. Database Restore.
  5. 5. Database Backup.

What would bring back "Tasks", I have to unload them again by using the "File -> Retrieve Tasks". And set the settings again. Maybe I missed something, please tell me.
