Good afternoon.
In “Remote support platform” I set the parameters "Tasks", adjust the schedule, no need to remove, etc. But after a few days, all the "Tasks" disappear, except for:
What would bring back "Tasks", I have to unload them again by using the "File -> Retrieve Tasks". And set the settings again. Maybe I missed something, please tell me.
