How to assign the different templates to different EE's & How system picks the Appraiser

Dear Team,

We developed more than 10 templates for different  employees.

There are about 5000 employees across the organisation.

How we map the relevant PMS template for the specific employee.

At present we are maintaining A002 relationships among positions.

Our requirement is to show up the Appraiser automatically whenever Appraisal starts.

What should we do to get the Appraiser in the template as per the realationship (A002).

Please advice.

In phap_catalog on the template itself.

Tab processing => further template behaviour => add enhancement area D1 => Default appraiser

You can use HRHAP00_DOC_PREPARE badi for this. You can create your own implementation and this will be visible in transaction PHAP_PREPARE. You should use this program to generate the documents for a larger population.

Since you write your own badi, you define which template is selected for who.

Hi Sairam,

I you want to assign different templates based on ESG. Then create a Z table and assign the Template it mapped to the ESG.

So, when you create a document the system checks the Z table with the Template ID mapped to ESG and sends the document accordingly.
