Deletion of Incident template

With transaction SMIT you have the ability to create an incident with a template. Once the a template has been created it can be modify. how can a template which is no longer needed be removed from the system.

    Hi Ray,

    Yes, you can archive the Incident template and Delete them subsequently. It involve 2 steps:

    1) Execute transaction SARA and enter the archiving object "CRM_INCDNT". Create a variant involving all Z Txn types (Only if you are using Z txn types )

    2) Run the archiving and deleting reports.
