custom partner function determination (BRFplus)

Hello experts,

we have implemented some own partnerfunctions in our service desk. (like Service Owner)

That works fine, but now we want to assign different business partner based on the categorization to this partner functions.

There for I wanted to use an action that find out the right business partner based on BRFplus rules, or do you know another way?

My question is, what method do I have to call in the action? ( I know there is a method called "AI_SDK_DETERMINE_SUPPORT_TEAM", but can i use this?)

And how can I add the new partner function to BRFplus? I try to add an element to the application "SOLMAN" (look at the screenshot) , but there are only the default values and not the custom ones.

Hi Vivek,

thank you for your help. I know this document and i also try this and it works.

But now we have implemented some custom partner functions in our service desk and we want to assign different business partners to this partner functions.

My problem is, how to refer to the custom partner functions in BRfplus Workbench. As you see in the document on page 15, there are some fields from the service desk you can select. These are all Elements in the applikation SOLMAN.

Do you know how to add the custom partner functions as elements in the application SOLMAN, so that i can refer to that in the decision table?
