Collect PR indicator tab activation?

I have checked almost all threads & checked sap help documents, but could not find the answer how the "Collect PR indicator" tab in projet definition is activated along with Basic data, Control, Administration, Long Text.

We are using ECC6 with EHP6, and I would like to activate "Collect PR indicator" (I think Enterprise busines function is to be activated through sfw5).

Please help
